19. The biggest lie in this video is the therapist or whatever saying 'you don't need to win to prove yourself'. Which is a flippin lie. You can never truly prove yourself, because theres always a better you out there. I didn't expect much frm a bzzfeed vid, so I'm not dissapointed, but that's just total BS

    I have been practicing MMA for half a year and I have doubts that I startted too late because I am 24 years old. The better I am, the more my head makes me think about what I could achieve if I started as a child.
