16. The Nate fight makes sense, more so than Chandler IMO. Nate operates a bit differently, he’s been public about having no interest in fighting Conor again. Plus, Dana was pretty clear about not having Nate back at least as a fighter. Nate probably would be a gigantic investment to have back, and he’s like 39, or even 40 now.
    I do think if Conor was to push for another Poirier fight, the UFC would take another dump on Chandler, and just do that instead.

31. I was the only one proposing Conor box next after the leg break right after it happened. This stalling pattern the ufc and Conor have been in has been a bit of hesitancy for Conor to return to mma after the leg break and the ufc trying to ice him out. Conor wants to look eager bc he wants out but he’s probably also letting the ufc take their time finding him the right slot. Timings everything for the two of them.

39. The cocaine stuff you’re bringing up is completely out of thin air in this context when he was simply talking about his businesses, everything else in the video was great tho Joey. People don’t understand a lot of times with injuries like this and to be able to compete at a level like he was in the UFC it’s very possible he was advised to take GH or other anabolic substances. That’s not farfetched at all. But to just assume he’s doing cocaine or other crazy random drugs from just internet rumors is unfortunate. Sincerely, a medical student.

49. There is a video out of him today {Jake Gyllenhaal & Conor McGregor ROAD HOUSE Interview | Sports Illustrated} and he is noticeably intoxicated, and it is clearly not just alcohol. This guy is troubled, regardless of how much fame and fortune he has amassed. He really needs to get help before something goes horribly wrong. In the meantime, he is becoming only worth paying attention to for train-wreck curiosity.
