12. I mean those two losses they showed of Silva was before Silva became the beast he did in the UFC. He didn't have that aura when he was fighting in Pride. He was known as a good fighter coming out of chute boxe gym but the stars at that point was the ax murderer and shogun. I am sure Shonan was a underdog in that fight because he was a smaller guy with an okay record but nothing crazy. What was amazing about the win was the finish, not that he was a sacrificial lamb. In fact although I heard from Josh Barnett that he was loosing badly I remember he was leg kicking the crap out of Silva the entire night.
