Amanda and her dad would definitely be justified in suing USADA/the UFC, not just for the twenty months taken from Amanda (9:58 – 11:08), but for the damage in reputation and subsequent loss of business (20:36 – 21:09). I wonder if the UFC would have the grace to not only pay for the damages incurred, but to keep Amanda as a fighter if she goes the litigious route. Most people are afraid to stand up to powerful entities because, even if they're successful in getting justice, they'll be cast out and never again allowed to do business with those entities or their affiliates.
