1. Weidman was spamming eye pokes, then had the nerve to celebrate the KO. Between Weidman and Malkoun, lots of cringe last night.

8. The only reason an accidental eye poke happens is if your strike had no intentions of hitting the opponent. Unless you are using the strike as a take down set up why was your fingers out. Only other reason would be to gauge distance. Otherwise why are you fingers out anyways. Accisdental eye pokes with thumbs make sense though. Thats not relevant to wiedman though just Bruno

Bruh when did this fandom become all virtue knights, Chris isn't wrong with what he said you know you can't drop to the ground and curl up cause in the moment no one knows its your eyes they just think you are hurt, not even Weidman would of known during the fact everything in a fight happens so fast he would of seen him drop after an exchange and followed up like you do. It's also not uncommon for a fight to be judged up to the point of the stoppage in case of a incident when it is that far through and Chris was 110% up on the score cards and won the fight to that point.

25. am i the only one who watched the fight live and thought "Bruno needs to stop fetal positioning these eye pokes" ? what happened to protect yourselves at all times? how's the ref supposed to know its an eye poke when he keeps flailing and crying like a baby? i agree 4 eye pokes is brutal but Chris won all 3 rounds regardless. next time maybe yell eye poke instead of LITERALLY jumping into the armadillo
