Ok, whatever it was that the reporter said or did, obviously Diaz didn't like it. However, Diaz committed assault and battery and is lucky he didn't get charges filed against him. We do have free speech in this country but what we dont have is the freedom to act physically against said free speech. Speech is not violence, but slapping someone because you dont like what they say is violence.
